Welcome back to my blog guys.
It’s been a while since my last blog post. Due to the current situation with COVID 19, travelling is still challenging and the creative scene is still impacted negatively. During these times, I thought it would be nice to revisit the pictures I took last year on our trip to Mykonos. Also I wanted to share some insights with you on the property where we’re stayed at - the amazing Votsalaki Mykonos Boutique Resort.
Let me start with some pictures first.
The resort is located only 4 minutes away from Paradise beach, on a hill which enables awesome views over the bay as you can see in the pictures before. Paradise beach is one of the most famous locations on the island and offers a great varierty of beach bars and clubs, restaurants, sun loungers etc. Still it is not far away from the famous Mykonos town, which is known for its romantic alleys and the must-see spot “Little Venice”.
The place itsself offers nice spots to hang out and witness the amazing sunsets over the sea. You’re also served with a small outdoor gym and yoga deck if you’re focussing on staying active while travelling. But for me the most stunning part of the resort was the architecture itsself which is simply amazing as you can see in the following pictures.
We’ve enjoyed our stay at Votsalaki to the fullest, it really offers everything you need, if it’s either just relaxing at the modern pool area with nice music and a cold drink, or spending some hours at Paradise beach or using the location to explore Mykonos island from there.
As mentioned before, watching the sunset from there was one of our highlights.
